We’re happy to accept returns on items that are unworn and still with all tags and labels. This only applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days from the day of purchase.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by SHADE OF ME when sent back.
Please endeavour to mail your returns back to us within 14 days of placing the order and identify which item you would like replaced by sending us an email over at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you out.
You are able to exchange your item for any colour or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send them back to you at no extra cost.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, we will give a gift card which can be used for future purchases.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary from bank to bank.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and any item sent to us after 14 days will be returned back to you.
Carriers to Return
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
We take pride in our products, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
Returning & Cancelling A Pre Order
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your pre-order within 14 days of receipt. Simply request a return by contacting our Customer Service team at email@example.com
On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order item, we will let you know and issue you with a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.
